The Barn Arts Foundation
The aim is to reach consensus about: (1) what the organization is and what it represents to members and community (2) how best to distinguish the organization for those it serves (3) and re-establishing an identity that elevates the organization's appeal to philanthropic entities. We achieve the above by positioning the organization for future success, while mindfully preserving its historic value in the community.
Strategy
Starting with an online survey, the goal is to query board and community members about their experience with The Barn, what it does, who it serves, how it engages donors and where the foundation is headed. With this, an identity and messaging is distilled:
